Meet Our Founder

George McGraffin

A software engineer and events industry insider, George brings experience from Microsoft, Deloitte, and American Express GBT. Over 17 years, he has helped bridge the gap between tech innovation and real-world event delivery. Frustrated by outdated systems that failed to meet modern expectations, he founded Delekit in 2014—a platform purpose-built to deliver the seamless, data-rich, real-time experiences that event organisers and guests deserve.

Tangible impact, measurable success

In January 2025, Delekit supported TikTok Live Fest with hotel check-in and session tracking via NFC wristbands. Real-time attendance tracking and Delekit’s cashless bar app ensured fast, easy, and seamless guest experiences throughout the event.

Melia Hotels partnered with Delekit to run showcase events across the UK and Scandinavia, benefiting from its easy-to-use, mobile system that streamlined check-in and provided real-time attendee tracking—ensuring smooth, professional events for an international audience.

Delekit delivered onsite registration for Heineken by scanning QR code tickets generated by the client’s registration platform. Attendees were issued NFC-enabled, colour-coded wristbands based on their registration type. As guests checked into sessions, organisers gained real-time visibility of attendance and engagement.
