The Brief
The client required a unified technology platform capable of:
What we delivered
Every attendee received a branded NFC wristband that acted as a single identifier across the whole programme, letting Delekit power several connected applications from one attendee profile. The same wristband handled session and activity check-in across 285 tours, activities and main-stage sessions in every destination — capturing 12,613 NFC scans in total — and drove cashless spend through Delekit’s token redemption platform, covering premium gift collection, dedicated onsite cafés and multi-day food and drink allowances, with 44,840 line-item transactions processed across 260 products. New for this year, a fully branded QR table-ordering experience let guests order drinks directly to their tables during the gala dinners, easing queues through the awards ceremonies.
Behind it all, every application fed a central backend integrated with the client’s wider event-technology ecosystem, with automated daily reports giving stakeholders real-time visibility of attendance, engagement, spend and operational performance across all four destinations. The result was one connected experience — a single attendee journey spanning multiple applications, rather than a patchwork of separate tools.
