How It Works
- Badge styling options: You can go with fully pre-branded badge rolls, or print everything in full colour onsite. If you choose direct thermal printing, we pre-print your event design in advance. If you choose full colour printers like the Epson ColorWorks C4000, the entire badge, including branding, is printed at the event.
- Guest arrival: Attendees arrive with their e-ticket or QR code ready. If someone can’t find their ticket, your team can look up their registration in the app and print their badge just the same.
- Choose the check-in style that suits your event:
- Staffed Registration Desk – Guests are greeted by your team, who scan their ticket and instantly print the badge. This gives a personal touch and ensures a warm welcome.
- Self Check-In Kiosks – Guests scan
- their QR code themselves at a kiosk, and the badge prints in seconds. Ideal for larger events or busy arrival times, keeping queues to a minimum.
- Badge ready in seconds: The attendee’s name, company, role and any access icons are printed instantly. You choose exactly what appears on each badge, including personalised fields and event-specific branding.
- Wear and go: Guests collect their lanyard or clip, put on their badge, and head straight into your event.

We pre-print your event design on the stock, then print attendee details on site. The finish is professional and consistent.
What badge sizes do you support?
From credit card size to A6 passes. Common sizes include 86 × 54 mm, 96 × 81 mm, 100 × 150 mm folded formats, 101.6 × 152.4 mm folded, and 105 × 148 mm.
