What you get
On-brand without the waste
Your event design is pre-printed on the badge stock in advance. On the day we print only the personal details, QR code and access icons, so late changes cost nothing.
Thermal or full colour
Direct thermal printing uses no ink or toner and keeps running costs low. If you want the whole badge printed onsite, full colour printers such as the Epson ColorWorks C4000 print branding and details together.
Staffed desks
Your team scans the ticket and hands over the badge with a personal welcome. Ideal for VIP and speaker desks.
Self-service kiosks
Attendees scan their QR code and the badge prints. Kiosks have a hidden staff mode for lookups and reprints. Ideal for large arrivals and early morning peaks.
Lost ticket? No problem
Staff can search for the attendee by name or email and print the badge without a ticket.
Access shown on the badge
Print registration type, colour bands and access icons so stewards can see at a glance where someone can go. Add an RFID or NFC chip if you want to scan the badge itself.

What badge types do you offer?
Eco-friendly folding paper badges (non-adhesive), self-adhesive folding paper badges with a built-in lanyard slot, single-sided paper badges, and durable PVC or PET plastic badges for multi-day events and reuse programmes.
What sizes do you support?
From credit card size up to A6. Common sizes are 86 x 54 mm, 96 x 81 mm, 100 x 150 mm folded, 101.6 x 152.4 mm folded and 105 x 148 mm.
Can badges be fully branded?
Yes. Your design is pre-printed on the stock and attendee details are printed onsite, so every badge looks consistent. Or print everything in full colour onsite.
Does badge printing work with our registration system?
Badges print straight from Delekit registration, so every attendee who registers is ready to print the moment they arrive. You can also import attendees from a spreadsheet or pull them in from Salesforce.
Do you supply the printers?
Yes. Printers, kiosks and badge stock can all be hired from us as part of your event. We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks before your event, but the sooner the better.
