The right people in the right rooms, with proof

Different events need different credentials. Delekit supports QR codes and NFC wristbands and cards, and runs the same access rules across both. Every scan is a yes or no decision on screen, every decision is logged, and you can see live capacity for every zone.

Access control

QR and NFC for zones and VIP areas

  • QR and NFC on one platform
  • Rules by zone, session and ticket type
  • Lost credentials disabled in seconds
  • Live capacity and a full audit trail

What you get

QR codes

The simplest and lowest cost option. Print on paper badges, show on a phone or attach to PDF tickets. Best for single-day conferences, training days and fast deployments with minimal hardware.

NFC wristbands and cards

Tap-to-scan credentials that are worn all event and are hard to share or copy. Best for multi-day programmes, VIP and backstage areas, staff zones and anything involving cashless redemption.

Rules you set once

Define who can go where and when. Speaker green room, VIP lounge, staff-only areas, invite-only sessions. The rules apply whichever credential is used.

Disable, do not reprint

If a wristband or badge is lost or misused, disable it instantly and issue a new one linked to the same person.

Audit trail

Every admitted and declined scan is time-stamped and logged, ready for security teams and post-event review.

Where teams use it

Conferences with restricted sessions

Invite-only workshops and capped breakout rooms validated at the door.

Hospitality and VIP areas

Lounges, dinners and after-parties for selected guests.

Multi-day and multi-venue programmes

One credential across hotels, venues and activities.

Staff and contractor zones

Back-of-house and operational areas restricted to staff and contractors.

Questions we get asked

Which technology should we use?

QR for low cost and speed of setup, NFC for durable wearable credentials and drink and meal tokens. Many events combine the two. We will recommend one based on your venue, audience and budget.

Can QR codes be shared or screenshotted?

They can be. A code that has already been used is flagged as already checked in, so staff can spot a duplicate. If pass sharing is a real risk, NFC wristbands are the better choice.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Access decisions are made on the device using a local copy of the rules and attendee list.
