The platform, plus the people who know it best
Software is half of a good event day. The other half is the setup, the hardware and a team that knows what to do when a printer jams at 8:45. Our registration support team helps you get ready, and our onsite delivery team runs the day with you. Use as much or as little of our help as you need.
Onsite support
We can train your team before the event so they are confident running it themselves, or join you onsite and run it with you. With a network of event technicians around the world, we can support your team on the ground in whichever country your event is in.
- Training for your team before the event
- Onsite technicians in the UK and worldwide
- Site survey and scan point planning for arrivals, sessions and zones
- Hardware set up and tested before doors open
- Briefing for your registration and door staff
- Live monitoring of check-in, sync and capacity throughout the event
- Reports handed over at the end of each day
Concierge build
Concierge build is optional. You have full control of the platform, and our drag and drop editors make it easy to build exactly what you want yourself. Anything our concierge team can do on your account, you can do too.
If you would rather hand it over, send us your brand guidelines, copy and imagery. We build it for you and hand it back ready for your sign-off, fully editable by your team. Available as an add-on with any plan.
- Registration types, forms, rules and capacities
- Branded event site with agenda, speakers, venue and FAQs
- Confirmation, reminder and joining instruction emails
- Badge templates and check-in profiles
Hardware hire
We can arrange everything you need on the day, configured for your event and tested together before it ships. Hire devices are centrally managed and factory reset onsite before they come back, so no attendee data leaves the event on a device.
- Android check-in phones, tablets and handheld scanners
- Self check-in kiosks with badge printers
- Direct thermal badge printers and full colour printers such as the Epson ColorWorks C4000
- NFC wristbands, cards and RFID badges
- Badge stock, lanyards and clips
- Mobile data SIMs for backup connectivity
We recommend booking hardware 3 to 4 weeks before your event, but the sooner the better.
Running lots of events a year? Buying some of your hardware can work out more efficient than hiring it each time, and we will recommend it when it does.
Integration setup
We integrate Delekit with your CRM, including Salesforce and HubSpot, and with payment providers such as Stripe and CyberSource. Wherever your attendee data lives, we can build a custom integration to bring it into Delekit without manual uploads.
We also set up your own email and website domains, and our development team tests everything end to end before you go live.
Talk to our team about getting your data into Delekit or see how platform integrations work.
Bespoke development
We build bespoke tools and experiences for your attendees onsite, from interactive RFID experiences to custom registration flows and live voting. Bring us an idea and we will help you turn it into something special, built on the Delekit platform by the engineers who maintain it.
Talk to us about your idea, or see bespoke event technology and the Marriott activation case study.
Tell us what you need on the day
Share your dates, venue and headcount and we will put together a plan covering hardware, staffing and setup.
