Pricing questions
Why do you not publish prices?
Because the honest answer depends on things we need to ask about: headcount, how many entrances and sessions you scan, which credentials you use, how much hardware you need and whether you want us onsite. We would rather give you an accurate quote than a starting price that turns out to be misleading.
How quickly can we get a quote?
Usually after one short call. Share your dates, venue, headcount and what you use today and we can normally come back with a written proposal quickly.
Do you charge booking fees on tickets?
No. There are no booking fees on top of your platform licence. Ticket money goes straight into your own Stripe or CyberSource account, and the only other cost is your payment provider's standard card processing fee.
How quickly can we get started?
An event can be set up in a couple of clicks, and you can be inviting guests within an hour.
How far ahead should we book hardware?
We recommend booking hardware hire 3 to 4 weeks before your event, but the sooner the better.
Is there a minimum event size?
No. Our smallest licence covers events of up to 250 attendees, so small events are welcome.
Can we start with one event and move to a subscription?
Yes. You can start with a single event project and move to a subscription once you are running several events a year.
