A professional badge with a chip inside
An RFID badge looks like any well-printed event badge, with name, role and branding, but carries a secure chip linked to the attendee's profile and access level. Scan it by hand at a door or let attendees tap at a kiosk.

- Reusable or single use
What you get
Two ways to scan
In person with the Delekit scanner app, or self check-in at kiosks and static scan points.
Linked to a role
Each chip is tied to a person and their access level, so the same badge admits a speaker to the green room and declines a delegate.
Real time or offline
Scans make an access decision immediately and sync with the event dashboard, even if the connection drops for a while.
Badge options
Hard plastic, paper or laminated stock, lanyard or clip attachment, reusable or single use, with an optional QR code as a backup.
Where teams use it
Delegate check-in
Conferences and expos where speed at the door matters.
Staff, speaker and press accreditation
Durable credentials that clearly show role.
Session attendance
A quick tap at the door records who attended each session.
Questions we get asked
What is the difference between RFID and NFC?
NFC is a short-range type of RFID. Attendees tap their badge on a reader or phone, which keeps scanning quick and deliberate.
Are RFID badges more expensive than paper?
Yes, the stock costs more, but you can reuse plastic badges across events and you gain stronger access control.
