The brief
TikTok brought its top LIVE creators from around the world to London for a six-day programme of awards ceremonies, a global conference and an exclusive finale dinner across three venues. Guests were moving between hotels and venues on a tight schedule, and the experience had to feel as premium as the audience. That meant dependable access control, smooth guest flow and a cashless bar that did not slow anyone down.
What we did
Delekit ran onsite registration and NFC wristbands for the whole programme, starting with hotel check-in. Each guest’s wristband was their single identifier, linked to one profile, and handled:
- Access control at every venue and event
- Cloakroom check-in and collection
- Cashless bar service, with guests claiming drink tokens with a tap during the awards ceremonies
Attendance was tracked in real time across all venues so the team always knew who had arrived where.
The result
1,390 guests from 45 countries moved through four events and three venues on one wristband. Tap-to-claim drinks kept bar service fast and easy during the awards, and the organisers had live attendance throughout.
